KIEV, Aug. 16 – Venezuelan crude supplies to Belarus increased business at Ukraine’s largest Black Sea port of Odessa with oil handling rising 9.2% in the year through July, the port reported.
The Odessa Merchant Sea Port boosted crude oil shipments to 3.36 million metric tons in January through July, the data released by the port show.
At the same time, shipments of petroleum products, such as gasoline and diesel fuel, fell 17% year-on-year to 2.42 million metric tons, while shipments of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) rose 15.3% to 639,000 metric tons.
