KIEV, Aug. 10 - Ukraine is committed to cooperation with the International Monetary Fund in reforming the energy sector, including hiking natural gas prices for households, the government said on Tuesday.

The government reacted to criticism from opposition groups after the IMF had disclosed that Ukraine would have to again hike gas prices by 50% in April 2011 to qualify for continued lending.
