KIEV, July 19 - Linos, Ukraine’s No. 2 oil refinery owned by Russian oil major TNK-BP, was forced to shut operation in emergency on Sunday after an unexpected power outage had hit the company.

The Lisichansk-based refinery completely shut operation early Sunday after a local power distributor had suddenly stopped power supplies to the refinery. Nobody was hurt and all installations were put in a safe operation mode, the company said.
