KIEV, July 9 – The National Bank of Ukraine has proposed that UAH 10 billion be used to create a reorganization bank, said NBU Deputy Chairman Vasyl Pasichnyk.

According to Pasichnyk, it is supposed the bank will buy problem assets of commercial banks. This will allow to balance the banks' assets and liabilities improving their crediting capabilities.
