SEVASTOPOL, June 22 – Sevastopol City State Administration Chairman Valeriy Saratov has said that Russia's active participation in the social and economic development of Sevastopol will help solve many problems and improve the lives of citizens, including those of the families of the servicemen of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
"About 15% of the people who live in Sevastopol are directly linked to the Russian fleet, so it's necessary to raise this question, so that Russia starts participating in the development of Sevastopol as quickly as possible. Documents substantiating the number of city residents linked to the Russian navy have been worked out and are currently undergoing respective procedures," he told reporters at a briefing at the city state administration.
