KIEV, June 9 - Ukraine will probably appeal a Stockholm court ruling requiring Naftogaz Ukrayiny to give 12.1 billion cubic meters of stored natural gas to RosUkrEnergo, Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko said Wednesday.

“We will carefully study the ruling to appeal it, to continue the litigation,” Boyko said.

The court ruled Tuesday that Naftogaz had illegally taken 11 billion cu m of gas held in storage and owned by RosUkrEnergo in January 2009.
