KIEV, June 3 – CEO of CJSC Illich-Stal, the key shareholder of OJSC Mariupol Illich Steel Mill (Donetsk region), Oleksandr Rybko, insists on the unlawfulness of deals signed to sell shares of the CJSC, as there was no a written order by their owner to write off shares from their account.

Rybko said at a press conference in Mariupol on Wednesday that the deal on the sale of Illich-Stal's shares cannot be valid, as the main document - a written order of their owner to write off shares from their account – was absent.
