KIEV, April 22 - President Viktor Yanukovych on Thursday accused the government of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko of misusing funds raised from selling carbon dioxide emission allowances to Japan last year under the Kyoto Protocol.

“We still can’t determine where the money has gone,” Yanukovych said at a press conference on Thursday.

Yanukovych said a special team of the Kyoto group is expected to arrive to Ukraine to investigate how the money has been spent.
