KIEV, April 8 - Ukraine will increase imports of Russian natural gas in 2010 to 36.5 billion cubic meters, up 8.3% from the original plan, the energy and fuel ministry reported Thursday.

The deal to increase gas purchases was reached at recent talks in Moscow between Energy and Fuel Minister Yuriy Boyko and Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller, the ministry said.
