ASTANA, April 7 - Ukraine will resume transit of crude oil from Kazakhstan via its oil pipelines to the European Union, President Viktor Yanukovych said Wednesday after a meeting with his Kazakh counterpart, Nursultan Nazarbayev.

Yanukovych met Nazarbayev in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, to boost cooperation in oil and gas sector two months after Kazakhstan had suspended transit of its oil via Ukraine due to a dispute.
