KIEV, March 23 – An upcoming ruling by the Constitutional Court over the way the governing coalition was created earlier this month may trigger early parliamentary elections, former President Viktor Yushchenko said Tuesday.

Yushchenko said the formation of the coalition was “anti-constitutional,” and added the ruling would give a “chance to exit the illegal area” and to hold the early election.
