KIEV, March 11 - Newly appointed Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said Thursday the government will shortly begin talks with Russia seeking to lower natural gas prices this year.

The comment shows that Ukraine will insist on re-negotiating a key 10-year natural gas agreement with Russia despite Moscow’s repeated position that the agreement should stay intact.
