KIEV, Feb. 25 – President Viktor Yanukovych will pay his first foreign visit to Brussels on March 1, and only then go to Moscow on March 5, Hanna Herman, a deputy chief of staff, said Thursday.

This confirms earlier speculations that Yanukovych, who has been widely seen as a pro-Russian politician, may be trying to pursue a more balanced foreign policy.
