KIEV, Feb. 24 – Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will probably skip the presidential inauguration of Viktor Yanukovych on Thursday, sending other officials instead, according to media reports on Wednesday.

Boris Gryzlov, the speaker of State Duma, the lower hose of Russia’s Parliament, will lead the Russian delegation that will also be joined by Sergey Naryshkin, Medvedev’s chief of staff, according to Interfax.
