KIEV, Feb. 24 – Traffic will be partially restricted in Kiev on February 24-25 due to the inauguration of the new Ukrainian president, the public relations department of the State Automobile Inspection of Kiev reported.

Head of the State Automobile Inspection of Kiev Anatoliy Sirenko said that during such high-level events usually it is impossible to do without traffic restrictions, and he asked Kiev residents to be understanding of that.
