KIEV, Feb. 23 – Accreditation for the media to cover the February 25 inauguration ceremony of incoming President Viktor Yanukovych starts on Tuesday, the Regions Party reported.

After the ceremony at Parliament, at about 1045, Yanukovych will arrive at the Presidential Secretariat in Bankova Street, where the ceremony of taking the oath of command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be held.
