KIEV, Feb. 22 - Lukoil-Odessa oil refinery plans to invest some $25 million in upgrade work in 2010, director general Alexey Kovalenko said in an interview with the Energy Business publication.
He said that projects aimed at the optimization of production would be carried out at the refinery. The key projects will increase oil reservoirs by 10,000 tons and reconstruct a railway overpass for light fuel, which will allow the separate loading of light fuel, fuel oil and vacuum petroleum gas oil.
