DONETSK, Feb. 18 – MP Rinat Akhmetov said he is confident that Ukraine’s Higher Administrative Court will reject Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko's appeal for the cancellation of the result of Ukraine's presidential election.

"I'm confident that the Higher Administrative Court will decide that [Regions Party leader Viktor] Yanukovych is the president of Ukraine. There's no doubt about it. All of the exit polls indicated that Yanukovych had won the presidential election," he said in an interview posted on the Web site of FC Shakhtar Donetsk.
