BRUSSELS, Feb. 11 – Members of the European Parliament say Ukraine needs political stability to conduct reforms, which will bring the country closer to the European Union.

This message ran through nearly all of the speeches made in Strasbourg by parliamentarians during a debate on the situation in Ukraine following the February 7 presidential run-off vote.
