KIEV, Feb. 9 - TNK-BP oil company cut investment in the Lysychansk oil refinery (CJSC LINIK, Luhansk region) by 26% in 2009, to some $40 million, TNK-BP Commerce Ltd. spokesman Dmytro Zverev told Interfax-Ukraine.

"Among the largest projects of 2009 was the completion of reconstruction of a rectifier for the catalytic cracking facility," he said.
