KIEV, Feb. 5 – Sergiy Tyhypko, who came third in the first round of the presidential election in Ukraine on January 17, spent the most on his campaign of all the presidential candidates who failed to enter the second round, according to a report published in the Uriadovy Kurier newspaper.

Tyhypko's election fund totaled UAH 102.002 million ($12.748 million according to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine).
