KIEV, Feb. 4 – The deficit of Ukraine's balance of payments in 2010 is projected at $3.2 billion, President Viktor Yushchenko said at a meeting with bankers on Thursday.

"I wouldn’t say this problem is much more complicated than last year," he said.

According to Yushchenko, the overall external payments are expected at $26 billion, while the overall receipts are to amount to about $23 billion.
