KIEV, Feb. 3 – The issue of returning bid deposits to bidders in a tender for the privatization of the Odessa Port-Side Plant will be immediately considered if Regions Party leader Viktor Yanukovych is elected president, MP Iryna Akimova from the Regions Party said.

"I think that if Viktor Yanukovych comes to power then this issue will be a top-priority. It will be considered and solved as top-priority… I think that this will be done immediately," she said.
