KIEV, Feb. 2 – Zaporizhia titanium and magnesium combine (ZTMC), which is under the control of the Industry Ministry, expects that demand for sponge titanium will grow in 2010.

ZTMC Director General Vitaliy Kuchuk said that the key problem of the company last year was the absence of demand on the international and domestic markets for sponge titanium, as well as its low price, which was the reason for the low profitability of titanium production.
