KIEV, Feb. 2 – Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery, Poltava region) is planning by 2013 to complete the first stage of a modernization program to produce the Euro-4 and Euro-5 standard fuel, Serhiy Kosheliuk, the deputy board chairman for production and capital construction at Ukrtatnafta, told reporters.

The cost of the first stage of modernization is about UAH 2 billion.
