KIEV, Jan. 19 – Kharkiv-based Turboatom, one of Ukraine's largest producers of energy equipment, announced it has finished an upgrade that allows the company to restore 380 V voltage to its power system and stabilize the operation of its equipment.

The upgrade started in June 2009. The company said that frequent voltage surges (of from 340 to 440 V) destabilized the operation of its equipment, including unique tools.
