KIEV, Jan. 18 – The Industrial Union of Donbass (Donetsk) is in talks with 40 banks on restructuring its debts, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Director for Ukraine Andre Kuusvek reported.

"The EBRD is one of them, but we are not a member of the creditors' committee," he said in an interview with the Kontrakty weekly, published on Monday.
