KIEV, Jan. 11 - Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery, Poltava region) is planning to import three million tons of Caspian oil in 2010, Ukrainian Presidential Envoy for International Energy Security Bohdan Sokolovsky said at a press conference in Kiev on Monday.

According to Sokolovsky, Kremenchuk oil refinery in 2009 received about 560,000 tons of Caspian oil (under a contract with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan).
