MOSCOW, Dec. 30 - Russian pipeline operator Transneft and Ukrainian pipeline company Ukrtransnafta on Tuesday agreed on 2010 charges for the transmission of oil from Russia to Europe through Ukraine, Transneft's chief spokesman said.

The charges are quoted in two supplementary agreements signed by the two companies, Igor Dyomin told Interfax.

All the oil would come to Ukraine via Belarus.
