Journal Staff Report

IVANO-FRANKIVSK, Dec. 29 – The chairman of the Ivano-Frankivsk province state administration, Mykola Paliychuk, said that the state tax policy could force companies with foreign investment could stop operating and move outside Ukraine.

"This is not about production expansion, boosting investment, but this is about the movement of the companies... outside provinces, outside Ukraine, as the business rules at present are not transparent, VAT is not reimbursed and they demand payment of taxes in advance," Paliychuk said at a briefing in Ivano-Frankivsk.
