KIEV, Dec. 28 – The Industry Ministry has demanded that Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih steelmaker comply with the conditions of a memorandum on mutual understanding signed between the Ukrainian cabinet and mining and metals companies, and in particular, on selling products on the domestic market at prices that do not exceed export prices.
The Industry Ministry says that Industry Minister Vadym Novitsky on December 24 held a meeting in Kryvy Rih devoted to participation of Arcelor Mittal Kryviy Rih in the implementation of the memo conditions, and prospects for the company's work and development in 2010.
