KHMELNYTSKY, Dec. 28 - Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is personally responsible for the failure to timely adopt the country's budget for next year, President Viktor Yushchenko said.

"The country has been left without a budget for 2010. This is Tymoshenko's fault," Yushchenko said in an interview with the Khmelnytsky region's Podillia-Center TV and Radio Company.
