KIEV, Dec. 24 - Head of the National Bank of Ukraine's advisory group Valeriy Lytvytsky's view is that the balance of payments deficit will end up at a little over $14 billion for 2009, up from $3.209 billion for 2008.

Lytvytsky said he is satisfied with changes in Ukraine's balance of payment in November, as currency outflow from the country fell against the previous month. The deficit of the country's balance of payments in November was $641 million, having declined from $691 million in October 2009.
