KIEV, Dec. 18 - Fitch Ratings has downgraded Ukraine-based pipe and railway wheel producer Interpipe Limited's (Interpipe) Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'RD' (Restricted Default) from 'CCC', Fitch said in a statement.

The agency simultaneously downgraded Interpipe's senior unsecured rating to 'C' from 'CCC' and revised the Recovery Rating to 'RR6' from 'RR4'. Fitch also downgraded the company's Short-term IDR to 'D' from 'C'. All ratings have been removed from Rating Watch Negative (RWN).
