KIEV, Dec. 14 – Ukraine plans in 2011 to form minimum oil and fuel reserves of 323,000 tons.

According to a plan for the creation of minimum oil and fuel reserves for the period until 2020 approved by the cabinet, later the stock will be increased by 10% every year, and it will be bought to 3.23 million tons by 2020.

The plan says that oil would make up 60% (2.28 million tons) of total strategic stocks, and fuel 40% (1.29 million tons). It is planned that Ukrainian oil will amount for 570,000 tons of the stock for 2020.
