KIEV, Dec. 14 – The State Road Service (Ukravtodor) in 2010 is to pay UAH 9.8 billion on loans that were raised earlier, the service head, Vadym Hurzhos, said in an interview with the Business newspaper.

He said that the financing of the service in 2010 is UAH 9.7 billion, according to a draft national budget.
