KIEV, Dec. 9 – The Financial Times, one of the world's leading economic newspapers, hasn't include any Ukrainians on its list of 50 most important people of the last decade, although it considered a number of such candidates, U.S. Managing Editor of the Financial Times Chrystia Freeland has said.
"We discussed the 50 the most important people of the last decade. There were several Ukrainian names. One of my colleagues said: Ukraine only looks promising, but what have they done? As a result, nobody was included on the list," she said at the "Ukraine: chances and challenges" roundtable, organized by Financial Times and Ukrainian Fund for Effective Management.
