KIEV, Dec. 8 - Sumykhimprom, one of the leading chemical enterprises in Ukraine, has agreed with Naftogaz Ukrainy on restructuring its debt for consumed natural gas, according to a statement by Sumykhimprom.

"We have agreed on gas supplies in the winter period and restructuring the company's debt for consumed gas," the statement reads.

The company's debt for consumed natural gas has not been disclosed.
