KIEV, Dec. 7 – Kiev-based TNK-BP Commerce Ltd. estimates the total investment into the upgrade of Lysychansk oil refinery (LINIK, Luhansk region) to transfer to Euro 4 standard gasoline and diesel fuel full production at $80-90 million.

TNK-BP Commerce President Serhiy Lizunov said that according to Ukrainian law, the transfer to production of light fuel of the said quality is required before January 1, 2011.
