KIEV, Dec. 2 - The Ukrainian cabinet has again approved the raising of a state-secured $400 million loan from the Export-Import Bank of China by the Ukrprotez industrial amalgamation to realize an investment project on the purchase of cars for disabled persons.

On Nov. 25, President Viktor Yuschenko stopped cabinet resolutions on giving state guarantees to Ukrprotez for $400 million credit to buy cars for disabled persons from CJSC ZAZ, as the cabinet has exhausted the limit for issuing state guarantees for this year set in the law on the national budget for 2009.
