KIEV, Dec. 1 – Thirty percent of leasers of business centers in Kiev in 2010 plan to expand their leased space, while 20% of them plan to cut it, and 50% of respondents will keep everything at the present level, according to an October poll conducted by CB Richard Ellis international consulting company.
The company did not disclose the number of respondents, adding that typical leasers of professional offices in Kyiv - companies operating in the finance, banking, telecommunications, IT, FMCG, advertisement, consulting and trade spheres - were selected.
