KIEV, Dec. 1 – Rodovid Bank has won a court action on a 113 hectare land plot in Kiev’s Obolon district launched against Baski Plus 2004 Ltd., controlled by Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Firtash, Rodovid Bank temporary administrator Serhiy Scherbyna reported.

"In March the main owner of the land, Baski Plus 2004, declared bankruptcy. The procedure of bankruptcy started without any announcement in the mass media, in which such information is usually published. We appealed to the court about the company's fraud, and the court was going to include Rodovid Bank on the list of creditors. But we didn't want this.
