KIEV, Nov. 26 - Ukraine's state debt currently stands at UAH 225 billion compared to UAH 130.7 billion at the beginning of 2009, first deputy head of the Ukrainian presidential secretariat Oleksandr Shlapak.

Speaking to Parliament on Thursday, Shlapak pointed out that the 2009 budget limits the state debt by UAH 193 billion by the end of 2009, although it allows for it to be higher if budget revenues prove lower than planned, he said.
