KIEV, Nov. 25 – Ukraine's balance of payments situation improved in October, although the positive trends seen are unstable, according to Valeriy Lytvytsky, the head of the group of advisors to the governor of the National Bank of Ukraine.
"At present, taking into account the difficult times, the balance of payments looks alright. However, the positive trends are not stable. The stirring up of exports has not become a powerful trend," he told Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.
