YALTA, Nov. 20 – Russia and Ukraine have drawn up documents on cooperation in the nuclear sector, according to minutes of the fifth meeting of the committee for economic cooperation of the Russian-Ukraine interstate commission.
"An agreement between Rosatom Corporation and the Ukrainian Fuel and Energy Ministry has been drawn up and agreed, apart from Article six of the agreement signed by the Ukrainian cabinet and the Russian government on cooperation in the building of reactor three and reactor four of Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant," reads the document.
