KIEV, Nov. 19 - Ukraine’s ability to move Russian natural gas to markets in the European Union may be in jeopardy next year unless Kiev and Moscow renegotiate their gas agreement, President Viktor Yushchenko said Thursday.

Yushchenko, who wrote a letter to his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev, called for “urgently” creating a joint team that would focus on re-negotiating the agreement.
