BRUSSELS, Nov. 18 - Ukraine should create an early warning mechanism for the energy sector between Ukraine and the European Union and between Ukraine and Russia, said Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister Hryhoriy Nemyria.

"It would be sensible to add" to the recently created early warning mechanism between Russia and the EU its analog with the same principles in the Ukraine-EU and Ukraine-Russia formats, Nemyria told journalists in Brussels on Wednesday.
