KIEV, Nov. 17 - Perla Group International Ltd., a Dubai-based company operating in the aviation and telecoms sectors, recently reached an agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Poltava-based DB Aerocopter, which designs and builds the AK1-3 gasoline-powered, two-seater light helicopter.

"Perla Group plans to move the assembly plant to the UAE to take advantage of the company's ties to the Middle East and Africa regions," the company said in a posting on its Web site.
