KIEV, Nov. 17 - Stakhanov railcar building plant (Luhansk region), one of the largest wagon producers in Ukraine, and part of AvtoKrAZ Holding Company, has confirmed the implementation of its production plan this year at 2,000 railcars.

The report says that the said number of railcars will be produced thanks to the fact that the plant in the fourth quarter of 2009 returned to its stable production cycle and produces at least 500 railcars per month.
