KIEV, Nov. 12 – The Ukrainian Grain Association, which unites grain traders in Ukraine, has called on the government to repay delayed value-added tax refunds to grain exporters as quickly as possible.

The state debt's to farm producer exporters is about UAH 3.5 billion, UGA President Volodymyr Klymenko said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
